It is imperative that you join www.smartcredit.com/midas and put your login information below. Smart Credit is the only credit monitoring system that works in conjunction with our software.

*Your Smart Credit monitoring account MUST be maintained for the duration of the time your are in our program. If you cancel your membership, we will be unable to continue working on your file.

​*If at any point you change your log in information, you MUST notify us immediately with the new information. Not doing so will slow down the process and hinder our ability to help you.

Gather the following documents and email them to the email below.  Make sure to put your name in the subject line.

I hereby authorize Midas Financial Company to initiate entries (via ACH or RCC) to my checking account at the financial institution provided, and, if necessary, initiate adjustments for any transactions credited/debited in error, pursuant to the terms and fees outlined in my contract or service agreement. This authority shall remain in effect until Midas Financial Company is notified by me in writing to cancel it in such time as to afford Midas Financial Company and its' payment processing provider(s) reasonable opportunity to act on it.
